Tomorrow is the first full moon of the year and it’s the Cancer Full Moon. Cancer is the moon’s “home sign” and it’s also where my moon is placed in my birth chart. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Full moons are all about releasing and making space. Sometimes the start of a new year can come with a burst of fragmented energy. There’s a lot going on.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Allow tomorrow’s Cancer Full Moon to be a time of recalibration. Instead of outward goals and resolutions, come back to homebase right here in the present moment, the only moment that is. And when you scan your body in the present, what is it asking of you? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Create space to reallllllly listen to that wisdom this Full Moon mi amor. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At the turn of this new year, during New Moon in Capricorn, I was bleeding. 🩸 Since then, my body has been feeling quite tired. I’m sure the retrogrades in Venus and Mercury play a piece in that also. I’ve been sleeping DEEP and have also been having more vivid dreams than usual. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Something that’s come onto my radar recently is doing a darkness retreat. @AubreyMarcus did a whole documentary and podcast on this powerful experience of being isolated in complete darkness without any light (natural or artificial) for several days back to back. I’m feeling into doing this for 4 or 5 nights leading up to New Moon at the end of this month.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In Human Design, I’m a 2/4 meaning I’m quite 50/50 introvert/extrovert. I love being among community and am a very natural community builder and leader; and at the same time, I absolutely adore my “me” time where I’m in prayer space, simply being and communing with Universal energy. As many of you know, the Gene Keys have been a pivotal tool along my personal development journey and I’ve been in deep reflection and contemplation space for weeks. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s wild to me that in 2021, I started my year living in North Goa, then shifted to South Goa, then went to Rajasthan in that mix to guide wellness sessions at one of India’s largest music festivals, went to Bombay, Delhi and Auroville in there also, and then decided to move back to America after a big cyclone 🌀 moved though India in late Spring. ⁣ ⁣ (Cont’d in comments...)⁣
