i'm always seeing so many mixed emotions around a new year: whether it's time for a "new me" or "don't listen to all these resolutions or pressure on doing "better". i guess it's all up to you and how you feel 🤍 i still think it's beautiful how the whole world celebrates going into a new year. somewhat magical 🕊️. and it just gives me that extra motivation to start fresh. personally i have difficulties when it comes to routine & discipline, at some point i just live life and days go by, losing sight of my bigger vision and goals along the way. so at this time i'm able to just pause. review what i'd like to reset / start again, lessons i've learned and how to do better. step by step, because changing everything at once never works. AND to look at all the milestones i've reached! the parts and people i'm so proud of, that are perfect the way they are already 🤍 i hope you find you own beautiful way of going into 2023 🥂cheers!
