Hard to say how impressive @amanda_basham is. She ran an international 15k today, a part of @utmbworldseries. She was 5th overall and 1st American. She had our second daughter in 18 months, 4 months ago. She functions as a single mom for a week a month when I head back to Minnesota to work. While I’m gone she finds time train as a professional trail runner, somehow. I had 2 hours with the 2 girls alone and barely survived. We made it to the start, 2 hours of traumatic parenting later, we missed the finish. Realizing Amanda does this a week a month while I’m gone blows my mind, and she still trains to run with the best in the world. Super grateful for this trip and experience but next time we are bringing family or a nanny so we get a little more relaxation and training time 😅. #altrarunning #runninrabbit #runningonhope
