Workout: šŸ¤Hack squat: 5x8-10 šŸ¤Romanian Deadlifts : 4x10-12 šŸ¤High Leg press: 4x10-12 (last set till failure) šŸ¤Bulgarian Split Squats: 3x12-15 each leg šŸ¤Glute Hyperextension: 3x till failure every set Little tip: If you are comfortably hitting 12 reps for example you are squatting 60kg 12 times without struggle you need to up that weight!!
