Workout:
š¤Hack squat: 5x8-10
š¤Romanian Deadlifts : 4x10-12
š¤High Leg press: 4x10-12 (last set till failure)
š¤Bulgarian Split Squats: 3x12-15 each leg
š¤Glute Hyperextension: 3x till failure every set
Little tip: If you are comfortably hitting 12 reps for example you are squatting 60kg 12 times without struggle you need to up that weight!! Always keep your form priority but donāt be scared to up that weight thatās one way to progressively overloadš
