Yesterday- a complete wild blur but I will always remember this moment. Mostly because I did the lamest claim (that I couldn’t help haha) but that this one wave was a compilation of all the million moments of ups and downs this year that I finally got to release. This heat was one of the hardest mentally and emotionally I have ever endured and it wasn’t easy all the way until the end. The deepest respect to one of my favorite surfers and people @lakeypeterson. There is no one that works harder with more grace and grit than you. 🤍 Thank you to all for supporting my journey, win or loose. You can never do anything alone.
