That little homework moment with my son reminded me of something so powerful that I talk about with many of my clients- the way we think shapes the way we grow. 🌱 Whether it’s a kid in school learning about β€œcaterpillar thoughts,” or an adult trying to unlearn old patterns, our mindset determines how we respond when things get tough. A fixed mindset says: β€œI can’t do this.” A growth mindset says: β€œI can’t do this… yet.” And that small shift changes everything.
