LEMON + EGGS! 💥 Something I had never considered until a recent trip to Ibiza — wow, just wow! But beyond the explosion of flavor, the thing that truly blew my mind was this beautiful and cyclical community of inspiration. How I can be inspired by a dish. I share my interpretation with you. And how you, in turn, respond over DM letting me know what you want. And furthermore how you share with me ideas on how to improve the dish. These fried eggs with lemon and herbs have been in regular rotation and after sharing on my stories not only was there an overwhelming response asking for the recipe but so many of you shared with me the Turkish origin, how sumac could improve the dish further, and how I might want to serve it with hummus or labneh.
