When do you like to workout? 🏋🏽‍♀️ I love doing my workouts in the morning for several reasons. 
 - It gives me a good start to the day 
 - It boosts my mood and increases my concentration for the rest of the day 
 - I don’t spend time stressing about having to do it later on in the day. Usually if I have to workout in the evening I end up not going or just spend so much energy stressing about that I have to do it later and procrastinate so much. I have to get up and get going before my brain realises what’s happening and comes with excuses to not workout When I started working out I always did it in the afternoon and it was hard changing that, but trust me! The body adapts so fast. It took me 2-3 weeks to get used to it, but now I don’t ever wanna go back to that. You might find that you’re weaker in the morning (which makes sense as the body needs 3-4 hours for the energy from food to really kick in. This is more important if you’re a professional athlete and have to time your meals), but as long as you’re still doing progressive overload that is no problem.
