What a weekend! The energy in this video just embodies exactly what the @mastersofbalayage HERO Retreat was all about (and it’s one of the only videos I took all weekend, so there’s that.) This event has always meant a lot to me, at the first one in 2020 I was an assistant. This year, I was the backstage manager. What a ride. I cannot thank the entire Masters of Balayage team enough. Every single one of our Ambassadors and Educators showed up passionate and ready to put on a great show and that we did. Thank you all so much. I’m afraid to tag anyone bc I know I’d forget someone and that would be awful, so thank you all. Every single one of our speakers showed up freaking BRAVE, ready to share their stories, connect with our crowd and inspire the heck out of people.
