high protein baked spaghetti!! 2 oz spaghetti 1 cup grass fed, lean ground beef 1/3 cup alfredo sauce 1/3 marinara sauce optional: spoonful of low fat cottage cheese 1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese seasonings: garlic powder, salt and pepper, oregano - pre heat oven to 400° - brown your beef with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. drain any access grease. mix sauces and beef together and set aside. - cook pasta per package instructions - in a oven safe dish, mix together spaghetti and beef. Cover the top with mozzarella cheese - bake at 400° for a total of 10 minutes. broil on high for the last two minutes. this is the best meal ever and I can’t stop making it! this is a great way to meal prep and get some extra protein in 🍝 #easyrecipes #highproteinrecipes
