Are you enjoying the new season❓ 🌍 ☀️ Solstice happened on 21 December 2022 at 23:47 CET marking the longest night in the northern hemisphere and the shortest one in the southern hemisphere and with it, the begining of Winter and Summer respectively. @eumetsatmedia had the weather satellite Meteosat looking at Earth during solstice while our Proba 2 and SOHO space observatories were looking at the Sun in different wavelenghts.
