Very pleased to hear that all of the Corgis beloved by Queen Elizabeth 11 will be taken care of by family members. Shown here in 2014 in Buckingham Palace the Queen graciously brought the dogs to meet me after our photography session for her official portrait for the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh. The one in the background is a Dachshund/Corgis mix.. As I could not think of what to say and was vaguely speechless , I actually blurted out, "Do you sleep with your dogs?" The Queen thankfully found my question amusing and without a beat, replied, "Noooooooo, because they snore."
