1)Protein before the sweet treats. Makes reaching your goals feel easy. When your body is nourished first, you can actually enjoy holiday treats without feeling out of control or guilty
2)Saying YES to sweet treats, but not overindulging. No worries if you do, but I feel so much better when I have just 1-2 cookies at a time. I enjoyed banana bread, cake, and chocolates this day. In each sitting I would just have a 1 slice/1 chocolate, etc.
3)Incorporating fiber at each your meals. I didn’t always do this, but having vegetables like broccoli with your meals will keep you satisfied & fuller longer
