First National show coaching my bikini prep clients in person is in the books! My girls came out to the stage and owned it and I’m so damn proud of both of them not only for their performance on stage but their mindset towards the process and journey of competing! Had many coaching talks beyond the physique and it was amazing sharing these moments with each of them. Seriously I’ve found my calling in coaching and I cannot wait to watch my girls improve from here! See below the feedback I and the judges had for my girls on what needs to be brought tor he stage for them to continue leveling up! 💃🏻💃🏼🙌🏽 . . @bridgetst.laurent brought her best look to the National stage and it was her best showing yet. From her last showing at NPC nationals where she placed in the last callouts to first callouts placing 7th. Her feedback was she needs more fullness to her shoulders and depth to her glutes. Before finals I told her we may need to call off going to North Americans as we have things that need time and we confirmed that with the judges last night so we are heading into a much needed improvement season to work on those areas so she can come back better than ever mentally, physically and spiritually! . . @bschrempp1 showed up much improved from her showing at Jr Nats a few weeks ago. Though she landed in the 2nd callouts she presented her best and continues to show me that she’s willing and ready to do what it takes to progress to the next level. Brittany had made some of the best improvements I’ve seen in just a short amount of time from our first show together in November to now that I can’t wait to see what will be done with a true off season to work on her upper body development and her upper/outter glutes and adding some depth for that nice 3D pop! . . We got the feedback and we are ready to get to work! Thank you so much ladies for sharing this experience with me!
