The new year is upon us!🎉 So pop the top off of your favorite champagne and let’s make some perfect champagne cupcakes 🥂 Don’t forget to save the recipe down below to sweeten your celebrations this NYE✨ What you’ll need: - 1 box of Pillsbury Yellow cake and cupcake mix - 1 Tub of Pillsbury White frosting - 3 eggs - 1/2 cup of oil - 1 cup of champagne - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - Gold food color -Piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip Directions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 and line a cupcake pan with paper cups. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and champagne together. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely. Step 2: Combine sugar and one drop of gold food color. Set aside. Step 3: Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with gold sugar.
