Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and champagne together. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely. Step 2: Combine sugar and one drop of gold food color. Set aside. Step 3: Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with gold sugar.
