Before coming to London I planned on exploring, meeting new people and going out a lot but my mind and body allows me to do the opposite. I’ve found so much peace in silence. I have little to no distractions. Im without my friends, family, dog, car, and own home. Even when I thought I was resting back home, I wasn’t. I’m finally experiencing rest and pure stillness. This is the most interesting reset EVER! Some days I cry, others I burst out in laughter. My mind is healing and my body is shedding traumas. This season isn’t about exploring, it’s about being alone and I’m completely ok with that. I’m being shown that I can be my own home no matter what comes my way. So when I say I love London it isn’t because of the vibrant culture or the ancient cathedrals.
