Catch of the day: The Waterkant restaurant, located in Hamburg's Empire Riverside Hotel, was redesigned in 2017 as a new culinary destination for fish sepcialities. A diaphanous room sculpture, consisting of a brass frame and mesh panels, forms the basis of the new concept.
