We went to Michigan last year to go get a first look at the @blacklake.xt1 XT1, and we were impressed but wanted to test it in the desert... so we did. It was developed in conjunction with off-road engineering legend Bryan Kudela and legendary shock engineer Jeff Ryan. With carbon-kevlar bodywork and custom suspension, it truly retains an OE finish, but at $250,000, this low-volume truck had better perform well. And not just performed in the desert, it exceeded our expectations, so much so to where we believe this truck needs a roll cage, harnesses, and racing seats.
