Pre-workout Protein balls for the girls who like to exercise in the morning! S/o to @Dr Stacy Sims who taught me that women need 15g protein + 30g carbs before exercise. This has been helpful in my hormone recovery as well! I eat these just about daily 112g sprouted quick oats 4 scoops protein powder 6 tbsp nut butter (96g) 12 dates 50mL water Just blend everything together! No need to soak the dates. I recommend blending the dates/oats together first and then adding everything else!
