Pulled axis hams and shoulder: used hardcore carnivore red and meatchurch honey hog for tonight! Started last night low and slow on the Traeger last night with some jealous devil pellets... checked on it this morning added a little Dr Pepper in the bottom to keep it juicy. Resting in the cooler for last couple hours waiting for some potatoes and the final touch of some Patriot Sauce!!
