Meet (or re-meet, we should say) our new bar manager! It’s officially official, Josh Ibañez is taking the bar reigns at Rumba and Inside Passage! Josh joined the Rumba crew just shy of 3 years ago after moving up from Houston, and has been killin’ it ever since. From literally helping build Inside Passage to developing some of our most beloved cocktails, you’d be hard pressed to find many people in the city with r(h)um knowledge and cocktail creativity rivaling his. Cool as a cucumber and super talented to boot, we’re so lucky to have him on board. Come in and ask him about rum or his sassy corgi Abbey, he’d love to tell you about both!
