You COULD NOT have told me my freshman year would play out like it did. All my life I’ve been waiting to go to A&M and this crazy unpredictable Covid-ridden year surpassed every expectation I ever imagined ••• I’ve been blessed to be involved on and off campus, serving the student body and the community in small ways with groups of incredible people. I’ve met some of my best friends and made memories I’ll keep forever. I’ve learned what it means to love and be loved, how to serve others, what it means to be more than a friend, but a brother. And I’ve been blessed with incredible brothers and sisters of my own. ••• The Lord helped me grow in leadership, drive, discipline and so many other ways I couldn’t even begin to name them all. He took a dark broken year and made something so beautiful out of it, and I’d be wrong to not give all glory to Him. Praise God for this year! Praise Him for blessing me with these people, this place, these opportunities! I can’t wait to see His continual provision through these next 3 years of college and beyond because I’ve tasted in seen how no roadblock is too much for the power and love of God!! ••• #thanksandgigem👍🏻
