SO MUCH TO SAY. SO LIMITED SPACE! I’ve been silent for sometime surrounding the singularly most life-infusing, experiences I’ve shared with @ausballet these last months. An Odyssey literally sparked 2 years ago on a rooftop balcony at the Metropol Hotel Moscow with friend/conspirator @officialdavidhallberg when I first spoke the word “Kunstkamer”.... IG limits words I’m allowed in 1 post, but suffice to say I could send a million stars out into the galaxy of gratitude and still be left with pocketfuls describing this unforgettably cathartic and brilliant journey together. Kunstkamer a newborn baby, metaphorically snatched from its parents arms by a cruel pandemic has been returned to life in astoundingly capable hands of this gifted company. My goal, a simple one; that TAB would grow and share too in the ecosystem which is Kunstkamer. At curtain down, Australian audiences be wowed by a transformation of these artists as the positive spirits inside its dark walls would possess the company... Well, I got my wishes and so so much more. The whole crew joined us on this voyage giving the best of themselves, as Kunstkamer has the tendency to ask, and boy oh boy did the magic happen on and offstage. Magnificent energy and openness pouring out of an organisation who literally bent over backwards for us all. What a team we had too guiding TAB through this quadruple universe of #solleon @marcogoecke @crystalpite & #yourstruly. @ruperttookey #ralitzamalehounova @rogervanderpoel @j.nozal were a family reunited along with #jolandadekleine #hermienhollander & #jokevisser. True guardian angels of quality. Premiere was @sydneyoperahouse and even a gazillion rules couldn’t halt this train of brilliance. Wept time and again to see Kunstkamer risen from an early grave.
