On this picture i am sharing a moment with a tagged dog who lives in his territory at the university of tangier,a massive culling has been happening in the last few days in tangier , tourists love to come to this beautiful city and morocco, if @projethayat_tanger did not exist thousand of dogs would be dead by now ,this project created by @salima_sally_kadaoui and @animalsanctuary_tangier is essential and is important for the image of the city .
