Happy Sunday everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful roll in of fall, my favorite season 🥰 I wanted to show an example of a fridge clean out meal I made as a breakfast pizza. Clean out meals are all about showing your creativity & minimizing waste. You should try to do a clean out meal before you plan a grocery trip if you find that you don’t have anything to eat! Luckily, my partner had bought 2 rolls of pizza dough that we used to make empanadas (not the best idea in hindsight 😂) so I had one roll left. I also had some taco meat crumbles in the refrigerator and some basil that I had left over from making pizza. I typically always keep cheese on hand for various recipes and I had an avocado that I needed to use as well so I made avocado crema with some yogurt and mayonnaise. Finally, to top off the flavor, I drizzled over a layer of taco sauce & voilà! This took less than 20 minutes to make and it was very filling as a breakfast meal. what are some of your favorite fridge clean out meals?
