✨🥹TODAY, I experienced a moment I’ll carry with me forever. I was honored by Helena Moreno @HelenaMoreNOLA and the City of New Orleans @cityofnola in receiving a proclamation for my work as a creative, simply for doing something that has always brought me joy: telling the story of this beautiful city. I didn’t start this journey for recognition. I started it out of love, for the culture, the people, the food, the energy… for New Orleans in all its magic. And to be seen, acknowledged, and celebrated for that? It’s truly humbling. This moment was bigger than me. It was a reminder that when you walk in purpose, stay consistent, and pour from a genuine place, your light will make room for you, every single time. To my family, who got to witness this in real time… and to everyone who has supported me, shared my content, engaged, and poured into me along this journey. Thank you.
