Recently on the pass….our tasting menu cheese course of Baron Bigod with black truffle gets a good drizzling of honey before it’s whisked away to the table. Blink-and-you-miss-it sighting in the wild of our one-off first course special, our take on a hare royale.
To follow three hugely popular main courses; Welsh lamb, beef pithivier and our caponata raviolo getting the vin jaune cream treatment.
Then two stunning poultry dishs; Devonshire duck, confit leg, beetroot and blackberry and a stuffed chicken thigh with girolles. Lastly the return of our iconic mango and white chocolate tart and a tray filled with our welcome snacks heads off the pass as we start all over again…
