Traveling as a family has its challenges but the memories by far outweigh the occasional strife that comes with it ❤️🥹🇬🇧 My tips: Prepare for an arm work out (luggage and baby carrying) 💪🏼 Bring a dirty clothes bag or multiple bags for wet and dry clothes Shout wipes for the many spills and stains Use hotel towels as burp cloths and changing table mat when you can, ask for extra small towels at check in 🫣 Pack extra EXTRA diapers for long flights, a small fan for the often hot plane or train. Deep breaths, know that if you forget something you can usually find it at the destination. Book a hotel with crib (call or email ahead of time to confirm available) or carry a @guava travel crib like we do Travel with the @myjoolz Aer (so light and folds up amazingly) with car seat adapter and @nuna_usa pipa light car seat, don’t need the base because can get locked in with seatbelt. Diaper bag with diaper folding mat, I love my @kongessloejd diaper bag. Download the baby monitor app and bring your iPod and use as monitor— if you want a drink at the hotel bar while baby sleeps in the room this works perfect 😘 Prepare for public transit, it’s sometimes easier than fitting everything in an Uber (especially in Europe’s small cars). Bring a good carrier @artipoppe especially great while traveling through the airport— you can put all the heavy bags in the stroller and wear baby! ❤️ Bring bibs if baby is trying foods (mew food has been the best entertainment ’toys’ for travel). Bring ziplock bags for bottles/wet towels etc. For time zone adjustment, sunlight is your baby’s best friend. Tells your body’s biology that it is daytime, so use it wisely!
