Swipe for another L👀K ✨the first photo was taken inside, with a black backdrop after a blowout + quick flat iron for smoothing ✨the second photo was taken outdoor, in in-direct light (not directly in the sunlight) after being curl styled with a 1” barrel, leaving the ends out for a “beachy-wave” texture ✨i love the opportunity to photograph creative color both ways because it can look completely different and accent the various colors all depending on how it’s styled. ✨i also think a lot of times people assume that creative colors don’t look good when they’re styled straight because as stylists we often photograph our finished colors “styled” & a lot of times that’s curled. ✨my personal reasoning for curl-styling most clients is because the curls show off + highlight all the dimension in the color & when you don’t have time to photograph multiple looks, it’s a way to style it once, allow your client to leave with a beautiful finish & capture a few quick pics that will undoubtedly translate to a great “after” shot ✨which look here do you prefer? straight or curled?!
