The acts of sabotage against Nord Stream pipelines have shown how vulnerable our energy infrastructure is. For the first time in recent history, it has become a target. #NordStream has shown that we need to better protect critical infrastructure. We will present a 5-point-plan: 1) Better preparation 2) Stress-test capacity 3) Crisis response via the Union Civil Protection Mechanism 4) Use of satellite surveillance to detect threats 5) Cooperation with @nato and key allies
