Our Earth Elemental Sound Retreat at @canyonranchwoodside has come to a beautiful close and we return home carrying a sense of renewal and gratitude. Each day unfolded with nourishing meals that restored the body, peaceful trails and scenery that calmed the mind, and immersive sound journeys that opened the heart. Guests found themselves softening into stillness, reconnecting with their essence, and remembering the beauty of slowing down. Weekends like these remind us of the power of retreat, stepping away from the noise of everyday life to immerse in a sanctuary of wellness and sound. The combination of nature, community, and intentional practice created an atmosphere of deep peace that will linger far beyond the weekend.
