Ladies, if you are short on time in the morning, you can still have a nutritious breakfast in less than five minutes! And I don’t mean oatmeal that’s blah and still leaves you hungry. Power up your breakfast with @traderjoes frozen steel cut oatmeal. It comes two servings in a box and it’s pre-cooked to save you preparation time. Steel cut oats are rich in protein and fiber, ranking low on the glycemic index to support weight loss, heart health, blood sugar control, and digestion.
