Reel Reminder: You are enough no matter what the scales or mirror says💕
Workout:
🤍Deadlifts 6x6-8 reps (always start with no weight to warm up)
🤍Barbell Bent Over Row 4x10-12
🤍Lat Pull Down 4x10-12
🤍Close Grip Pull Down 4x10-12
🤍Seated Row 4x10-12
💕Superset - Do these exercises after the other little to no rest
Exercise 1: Kettlebell Row: 3x12-15 reps
Exercise 2: Plate Row 3x12-15 reps
Pull up Practice - As many pull ups and assisted pull ups 3 times🤍
