This is my 5th baby and the 5th time my mom and grandmother have come to help us during the beginning of the postpartum stage and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for my village. They don’t live in the same city as us, nor or they retired, so it’s definitely a sacrifice. Me nor Bryan lifted ONE finger the first week of Cameron’s life. We got 3 home cooked meals a day, I stayed in bed majority of the day. My house stayed cleaned. They tended to all the kids all week including the newborn. I don’t think Cameron has been put down all week thanks to these two 😩. I got an unusual amount of rest and sleep this week to say I have a brand new baby thanks to my mom doing the night shifts 😳🤯. The list goes on and on. Me, Bryan, and the kids will be SO sad when they leave. Can’t thank you enough @ & @ . If I’m half of the support to my children one day that you guys are to me they’ll be so blessed 🤍 .
