Glorious summer Friday field trip with @misslo to the @barnesfoundation in Philadelphia. What a feast! It’s a staggering, thoughtful, joyful, very personal and at times quirky collection. I could spend days in each room. Founder Dr. Albert C. Barnes was a strong supporter of progressive education and social justice; believing that people—like art—should not be segregated and that education is fundamental to democracy.
