Medial epicondyle Tendinopathy (clinical term for Golfer’s Elbow) is often caused by irritation or degeneration of the tendons and muscles in the wrist flexor group. Degeneration causes your body to create extra scar tissue which leads to restrictions and pain. Muscle scraping helps remove said scar tissue and bring fresh blood flow to the area to heal the injured tissues. Scrape the medial side of the elbow, and the front of the forearm, for 30-60 seconds. We recommend using the Echo Muscle Scraper for this! Stretching/mobility exercises are essential for maintaining full function and range of motion at the joint. Perform each exercise at least once a day to reduce/prevent restrictions. Resistance exercises help rebuild strength in the wrist flexors.
