Here’s me lying on the ground ignoring my director duties, with the amazing @drjoycelu. And then lying on the bed as my DP @lukesargentdp and 1st AD @seiawatanabe try to get me to do my job. And then refusing to leave the bed and being completely in the phenomenal @realjoanwong shot, probably laughing with my Production Designer @crushedoranges about something totally unrelated. In all seriousness, I just wrapped an amazing project and I could not be more grateful for everyone that has supported me. It’s been a really tough journey, this project means so much to me and anyone that is even remotely in my circle of social interaction know that I disappeared for months just concentrating on making this a reality. I’m back though! Let’s hang? Special shoutout to @this.is.alex.jiang and @ciao_xinyu , my film partners in crime. They’re there for me when I’m freaking out and doubting myself, and my absolute pillars of support. This film would not have even come close to being made without them and I’m beyond proud of this project we completed together. And of course @valerie.loo for leading our cast as Lany, bringing this character I’ve had in my head to life and giving her so much more than I could imagine. There are so many more people to thank, I could not name them all. So just know I am deeply indebted to you all. <3 Thank you to @alx.lam for capturing the true essence of me on set. I look forward to post production where I’m sure someone will catch me messing around as @juls_magewls is trying to edit. Best of luck to the post team.
