Take your brussel sprouts to a new level by cooking your brussel sprout stalks! When I tell you they are a more delicious version of the sprouts 🤤 They are super easy to make the only hard part is cutting them up into pieces because the outer layer is really tough. I boiled mine on chicken stock with lemon peels, thyme, garlic, pepper, and thyme until the center core was super soft. Then h brushed on brown butter and broiled it until the top was golden brown. The texture is soft and the flavor is like a super sweet brussel sprout.
