I took off with the kids to meet a very good friend up in Las Vegas and I decided that a trip to the Grand Canyon should be part of it since she's never seen it. It was also my firs time seeing it during golden hour in its full beauty. I had an amazing time zooming in my telephoto to capture detailed shots as the light slowly crawled along the rock features until finally the sun started to dip below the horizon. Before its final farewell for the day, I snapped a few wide shots as the light faded and the tourists started filtering out. On our way back to the hotel, we spotted wild horses attempting to cross the road! What an amazing day. Morning was just as awesome!
