OLD PHOTO TIME! Here’s a snap of Adam desperately trying to lure David Bowie to do an interview with us at Glastonbury in 2000. We were presenting TV coverage for what’s now BBC3 but was then called BBC Choice, from a little backstage set that had been done up as 'Adam And Joe’s Bar’. Bowie was headlining the Sunday night, and word was out he might do one or two TV interviews while he was there. Adam, being obsessed, became even more obsessed, and made this sign to deploy should Bowie walk past. In the end he arrived by helicopter, did his set and buggered off again immediately after. Wuzza terrible disappointment.
