Last year I had an idea—What would it be like to create a space where I could exchange my ritual practice’s with others? My habits are mostly based off my own experiences. But as a life-long learner, I hope to always draw inspiration from the journey of others, and so began “Sacred Sunrise”. Last summer was a testament to the blessing of consistency & discipline. Rising with the sun brought me new community. Our core group spent Saturday mornings healing, crying, unloading, and rejoicing together. Year two, we’re back at it and looking to deepen our connections with others. Pull up for every session, or just when you need it—all we ask for is an open heart yearning to be filled with love.
