As you rub the cream into your skin, it dissolves into a watery texture. Key ingredients include panthenol, niacinimide, green tea leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, mugwort oil, ferments, and hyaluronic acid. This cream has a strong rosemary scent due to rosemary leaf extract in the formula, but does not contain any other fragrance or alcohol. My verdict? This cream feels calming on my skin and incredibly lightweight. I think this is the perfect option for hot and humid weather.
