Today marks one year with Celiac 💚 experienced a lot of firsts, a lot of ups and downs, and a lot of changes. But one thing I can firmly say is although eating gluten free is hard, it gets easier. I’m still working out some recent things related to my health, but overall my quality of life has improved vastly since being diagnosed. Here’s to another year of working towards better health!
