This is the era of Sporty Rice. After two years of staying away from the world from COVID then getting it from my mom who got it from church (thank you, 집사님’s 😅) I realized just how vital fitness was for me. And so I’ve decided that being outdoors, getting a tan (sorry Koreans!!!), being active, being better to my heart, is all such a joy. It’s a privilege to be able to move freely, and focusing on my body, one that I once neglected, has been so empowering. While I cannot control how my day goes, how others react towards me, where my career is headed, I CAN control how I treat my body. That’s power. 💪🏼🫰🏼🥹
