How I spent my summer... For the last month or so, I tagged along with nearly a dozen students from @foodeducationfund as they collaborated with chefs from around New York to serve at the FEF Fest later this month. The Fest is a fundraiser to help support the work the fund does with high schoolers around the city, providing a culinary education and a path into the industry.
