The day we found out we were pregnant, we took a walk to @greenlightbklyn and bought Buzz his first book. We took a few maternity pics @booksaremagicbk and the pictures I’ve taken of Buzz in bookstores over the last (almost) two years have become these little time capsules: him at 6 months in my arms @thenextchapterli and at 13 months flipping through books @strandbookstore and at 20 months @astoriabookshop looking through a sticker book. I’m so thankful to have found community at so many of the indie bookstores throughout the city. It’s so important to me that Buzz has indie bookstores to grow up in and I’m so excited to celebrate #indiebookstoreday 💛
