Finding peace 🤎 Today is the final day of #PeaceAlover and our pose is anything we choose and we’re asking what peace means to you 🤎 I chose one of my favorite poses that combines a lot of different physical elements - balance, control, strength, focus, breath - to name a few. Reverse pressing into a forearm balance requires core engagement whereas kicking over into the balance doesn’t necessarily. The core strength protects my low back and this is why I prefer this entry into the pose. 🤎 To me, peace means a sense of calm - a state where I’m not allowing situations or people to disrupt my flow. I’m becoming more aware of the things that trigger me and recognizing when I need to make a change to protect my calm and preserve my happiness.
