My Fave Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is my go to for a quick lunch and I have also made it as a quinoa salad for dinner parties and itβs a HIT! The secret is in the dressing!
Recipe for 1 serving:
β 1 cup of gluten free pasta
β 1 cup of boiled chicken breast
β 1/4 cup of feta cheese
β 4oz of edamame
β 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
Dressing:
β 2 tbsp Olive Oil
β Few drops of lemon juice
β Salt & Pepper to taste

β 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
β 1 tbsp honey
