Yesterday was so beautiful & healing 🌊🕊 I woke up feeling overwhelmed with life for no specific reason. I needed a moment to let go & just be. I needed to stop overthinking, stop putting myself down for not feeling inspired, I needed to be there for myself without my own judgement. So I decided to go the beach by myself & enjoy my own company with no expectations of anything just in hopes to ease my mind. I cannot tell you how much I needed this time to myself. It soo was therapeutic. The energy of everyone around me was so heart warming. I've never felt so happy being by myself somewhere. sometimes I can feel lonely but yesterday was the complete opposite & I felt so full & so loved by ME. I experienced so many beautiful moments yesterday that made me believe this day was meant to be. I put together this reel to show u a few of those moments.
