I’ve been reflecting this beautiful moment for the last week... it’s been very surreal to watch dreams become reality. I really needed a moment to catch my breathe. Thank you to all of the people who have reached out and shown love and support 🙌💕 In the beginning, nearly 10 years ago, I used to tell Doja Cat that she was going to win Grammys. Although it seemed far fetched, Amala’s super star qualities were clear and undeniable to me. She would laugh and call me crazy, but in my heart I knew she was destined for greatness. All she needed was time... This success did not come overnight and I am beyond proud of my friend @dojacat. At the beginning of my music career a wise man once told me things take ten times longer than you expect— lol seems about right. This is a win for the dreamers and the underdogs that never give up. Doja Cat is proof that with love, hard work, and persistence that anything is possible. Thank you to all of the friends who worked with us on music with us over the years.
